MANAMA: More than 48 companies have already been registered to take part in the Bahrain International Property Exhibition being held at the Bahrain International Exhibition Centre from September 27 to 30.
Companies from Malaysian, India, the UAE, Oman and Saudi Arabia are among many that are taking part in the event, being held under the patronage of Prime Minister's Court Minister Shaikh Khalid bin Abdulla Al Khalifa.
It is being organised by the Bahrain Society of Engineers in association with the Bahrain Convention and Exhibition Bureau and is supported by the Commerce and Industry Ministry, Bahrain Chamber of Commerce and Industry, Bahrain British Business Forum and the Kerala Engineers Forum.
The property exhibition is the second in a series of exhibitions being organised to provide concerned parties from the region and other nearby countries an opportunity to meet, discuss and sell their services and property propositions to the visitors, guests and other prospective real estate buyers from the Gulf region.
It will also feature special seminars and workshops on Islamic and traditional property financing, world market trends, hidden risks and legal requirements of specific markets to give prospective buyers and visitors an opportunity to further understand property trends in the region. Major property developers like the Bahrain Financial Harbour, Durrat Al Bahrain, Al Enma House and Al Khaleej Development Company (Tameer) are the platinum sponsors.
