Default Is it easy to add layer of concrete on ground floor of a house?

Hi, I'm sorry for asking weird questions - say I would like to add an inch or two of concrete on my ground floor -
Is it easy to do? Just rip off carpets and get a contractor to apply wet concrete?

Or is it a "don't even go there" type of scenario?
It's a concrete house with a concrete floor and rectangular type (hollow??) concrete block walls on the ground floor at least.

The trick will be stopping it from breaking up.

It would need to adhere to the bottom concrete really well.
    Squadly dinky do!

I think min is 50mm to hold up in place. Other than that should be fine

It'll take more than 2 inches of concrete to cover a body.

laying a polythene film and then 50mm concrete is an accepted damp-proof method
