We just had an offer accepted (yippee!) and now need to get a building report. Anyone able to recommend someone in Christchurch?

For anyone else looking for someone, we ended up using Bryan Richards from Ibis 2000 (www.ibis2000.co.nz).

He was excellent. Extremely thorough, detailed well-explained report, let us tag alone while he did the inspection and answered all our questions. I highly recommend him.
