Default TVOne Sundays - UK Nightmare Tenants

Worth a look if only to see how much more difficult and expensive it is in the UK to evict tenants, squatters, sublets.

Also the odd slum landlord gets attention, and not in a good way.

I've only watched a couple of episodes but it is striking that most of the tenants and the landlords are clearly not UK born.

The show "Can't Pay? We'll Take it Away!" is also very good.

About a 50/50 split between tenant evictions and other debts being enforced.

Yes it seems in the UK you can go a year or two without paying rent before being evicted. Ridiculous.
    Squadly dinky do!
