Hi, There is a nationwide company called SHARE who do finanical advice, insurances and mortgages etc. I have used Wayne Oliver, mortgage broker (07)8562960 in Hamilton and he is brilliant - very knowledgable. He was recommended by friends in the real estate business who said and I quote: "If Wayne can't get you a mortgage, no-one can."
