The property I have has endless maintenance issues just now. Emergency lights, auto door controllers etc.

Also, having a tenancy vacant and having to have work done to it is a pain, because of access issues. I have to have another tenant hold a key (and often they're out) or drive all the way over there every time someone wants to get in.
