    I bought couple in last year and right in that IRD paper you need to sign there's commentary PPOR is exempt so you don't have to provide number

    Can a person own 2 or more PPORs?

    Say for example I have a beach house that I have never rented out and never intend to. Or I live in one centre and have an apartment in another centre, which I have never rented out and never intend to.

    Exempt???

    I doubt it...

    In Australia to get around the CGT on PPOR people buy the neighbour, amalgamate the title so one property
