Service Level ?!?!

Hi ppl,

I'm waiting for builders report and valuation reports to get on with my due diligence but the service provider has been non responsive or fail to deliver time and again.

I can't move on with the process until they give me the reports!

Is this the norm here? I can't imagine how rubbish this is getting...

They are not even the cheapest option in town... I'm running out of time... Anything I can do other than calling, emailing, texting to no response?

You could engage another co and refuse to pay the original bill for failing to meet contract requirements, if time frames are in writing I would imagine? Are you in Wellington? Service levels are through the floor here slow and difficult to deal with from my perspective after starting business here ex Auckland 8-9 years ago.

Request an extension (vendor) and send them (svce providers) an email that you will not pay for their service unless you receive the reports by close of business today.
