    Government spends close to a million dollars on skip bins for state house tenants
    The government has spent nearly a million dollars dishing out skip bins to state-house tenants. Housing New Zealand say that providing a skip bin is among its obligations as a landlord.
    I wonder where that obligation is written in the RTA?
