Recommendation for subdivision planning/design team

Hi there

I’m at the early stages of investigating a couple of my south Auckland properties for potential to build a house at the rear and subdivide. So I’m looking for basic feasibility work. Are there any particular subdivision planning/design teams in Auckland that people have used and would recommend?

A draughtsman would be able to provide you with that knowledge. Preferably one that works in and knows the area. I'd recommend mine but he's on the Hibiscus Coast. Failing that contact Akld Council.
