In my opinion I wouldn't take that sort of arrangement on and it can actually end bad for the landlord because the tenant selection will often be rushed as its essentially a race to get a tenant first.....

2 PM for 1 property is a seriously bad idea on so many fronts. End result can often be a haircut for the owner. A decent PM with choices will run a mile from this type of arrangement.
And when it all turns to custard we get everyone screaming for PMs to be licensed.Comment
