New House build in Christchurch...Recommendations?

Hi
Looking at pricing a new build in Christchurch.
Round 100sqm 3 bed one bath with separate garage.
Cheap and cheerful rental and eventual retirement home for me.

Do I go with an Interdependent Builder of one of the bigger guys?
So which builders do you guys recommend and who should I avoid?
