Hi all,
I'm taking a beating from all the government rules happening. I'm almost done with insulation (thankful to see the end of that), but now I'm getting emails from PMs telling me that I need to pay $250 per house to get them surveyed for asbestos, and another PM who offered $350 per house to get a 100-point safety check done on 12 hazard areas. It seems never ending.
Anyway, I'm trying to ascertain how I stack up in the heating requirement area- trying to predict the outgoings I'm going to face with this.
So what are:
1. the current requirements (I can only find that I need to provide a form of heating in the living area, which I probably satisfy with my places)?
2. is there a planned upcoming rule that I need to provide a heat pump, and when is this looking to happen?
Cheers in advance
