I am planning to cancel my tenants lease soon as the tenant company is in liquidation. Problem is the liquidator has been slow in selling / removing the stock. Planning to issue a removal order under the property law act so I can get the building ready for leasing. Has anyone had experience in removal orders? Keen to hear your experience.
