A Good CHCH Valuer ?

Hi,
Anyone know a good valuer in CHCH for investment properties. Someone who is happy to have a 5 minute chat about cap rates etc

If it's to do with lending through a bank, use the banks valuers. Otherwise they might not accept it.

If for yourself, no idea sorry.

Glass Miles Real Estate Ltd have a team of valuers in-house. I used to use Brent Miles (one of the directors) but I believe he has recently retired. You could start there. As Sportsvee said, if this is for bank finance, you may have no option than to get a valuation through a faceless organisation like Core Logic - meaning a random local valuer will be assigned and you won't know who it is (and therefore you can't influence the outcome).
