Dear all
We have a permitted sleepout at the back of our house. It has CCC in the LIM report. We live in the main house. We are the owner. It is separated from the main house. It can be accessed separately. 15 squares meters in total which includes a living area/studio, a bathroom (shower, toilet and vanity) and storage area. We will provide white wares. E.g washing machine, fridge, microwave and kettle. Can we rent it out? I don’t think it is considered to be a secondary dwelling as it has no kitchen. But we can provide microwave and small portable cooktop. We are likely to rent it out to someone who doesn’t do a lot of cooking.
We also got a very annoying neighbour who likes to complain. So just want to do it right and make sure it is legal.
Many thanks
K
