I am wondering what options I have to be able to get rid of a fixed term tenant please?
Shared house, main unit upstairs, two smaller units below. A couple is living upstairs, two single occupiers downstairs. One each small unit.
The woman living "alone" downstairs turned out to be very noisy, having visitors till late at night, these male visitors are leaving in the early hours. Using loud food processors early morning waking up the tenants upstairs, and so on.
After few months the situation turned sour between the parties and also between me and the lady.
I tried to pay her to move, offered her alternative unit. No luck, she does not want to leave and now accusing me to be harassing her with my emails. I never called or visited her, only emails.
Still 6 months left on the tenancy (me fool had no break up clause )
What options do I have, if any?
Would the tribunal allow me to give notice based on the above?
The tenants upstairs are making a diary of all the events. This is the only proof I have.
