Chewing gum is banned in Singapore so must be a health hazard.

This is a new one for me. I have in my tenancy agreement a no smoking inside the house clause. I called around one day to see the tenant smoking inside the house , when i told her about the no smoking ban she said she was vaping .

Somehow I'm supposed to understand this is not actually smoking?

How did you get on with this situation?
Did you kick them out or did they stop vaping?

It seems they have stopped and the funny smells emanating from the property when they were vaping are no longer happening..In future i will probably put the word vaping into my TA's
