Short-term real estate investing has become more popular since the recent few years in the real estate market. It would best if you had the right strategy to invest in the real estate market turn into profit. I can suggest two popular strategies that you can apply:
- The fix-and-flip strategy - Which involves buying an investment property that’s on the market for a low price due to foreclosure, short-sale, or being in bad condition and needs renovation. Then work on improving these investment properties and selling them for a higher price, thus making a quick profit.
- Buy a property, put that on rent or lease and start earning returns without even selling.
If you are new to the market, then I would suggest discussing your requirements (with your professional advisors). With the best market knowledge and over a decade experienced RE agents, they will be able to guide you with the best property to suit your needs.

Sure to be wiped out by a storm at some stage though aye. Sad but it's a real prospect for all small islands esp. in the northern hemisphere. It's a tax haven for money laundering too - so parking money in property would be rife and wouldn't that activity hyperinflate the prices?
cheers,
