Can someone explain how an Option to Purchase agreement might work?
Lets say you have found a piece of rural land that you really would like to purchase.
But it might be 5yrs before you could come up with the deposit.
Is this the sort of situation that you would use an Option to Purchase agreement ?
How would you determine how much to offer per year for the option?
Land price would be around $300,000
