Good Auk City Apartment PM ?

Had Allen Realty managing my apartments in Auckland City for years, they did a good job. They sold up to Point Property Management who I am finding to be extremely amateur to say the least. Getting tired of mentoring them on the basics of how to manage a property.
Any suggestions for a good specialist Apartment property management company in Auckland central, Cheers.

I'm very happy with Tuscancity, who managed two of mine. Though their 12-month notice period for termination of services is pretty harsh.

I can recommend IQ Property Management as well as Pukeko - both are IPMA affiliated (so you know they have been pre screened and top performers. You'll get better service too!)
