Just wanted to know how you commercial landlords deal with liability of repairs and maintenance on your commercial buildings. Following a standard ADSL to the letter, it would appear the landlord should be paying for even minor repairs. Previous tenants have always taken it upon themselves to have a leaking toilet repaired etc. and we would step in if there is a major repair or replacement, roof issues, or structural. However, one could argue that a leaking toilet is due to wear and tear which would then fall back on the landlord.
