    Ironically the returns have been almost similar in the last decade.

    Most investors are in managed funds with a varied mix of portfolios So not exposed to just one sector or industry or country even.

    My KS return wise has done exceptionally well but against the leverage opportunities that properties can have, you cannot invest big in Shares from the get go..
