    Default Property structure financing and tainting

    Hi everyone,

    Wondering if i can do this to finance my subdivision. So I need to subdivide the property which I occupy. It is my place of residence. Would I be able to sell it inclusive of gst to a new company structure which will buy it and then subdivide the property -I was thinking if the company can claim the gst ...that should be enough to kickstart the project and could repay the gst back upon the sale of the properties after subdivision. Any thoughts or ideas would be appreciated. Also if anyone can throw some light on tainting between property structures. Thanks Ella
