Beachlands is it OK?

Hello. I am looking at first property in NZ. Location is Beach lands. Can't find much about area online. Is it Ok for rental. Value growth has been high last year but seems everywhere has done that. Is it safe? Can I get good tenants there? Any advice really appreciated.

Yes Beachlands its a good area IMO, approximately 10 minutes drive from Whitford . It is roughly a 20 minute drive from Beachlands into Botany . Rental prices should be around the same value . Area is great. Yield not so much. let us know what yields you are getting and your buying criteria

Have one do up under contract with minor dwelling so yield is good. Look for anything can add value or add income stream.
