Just wondering what happens as the building gets older? For example looking 30 years later, is the body corporate just going to keep getting more expensive to the point everyone needs to chip in large amounts to keep the building standing? I figure that body corporate fees increase faster than inflation, if this is the case, how does it make sense to be a long term apartment investor?
With a house at some point it makes sense to knock it down and rebuild, how is that handled with an apartment/body corporate?
