Recommendations for Hamilton property managers?

My advice is to narrow it down to a couple & interview them. Your best chance for a good one is to choose one with a credible backing organisation - like the IPMA - for added protection.
It also raises your chance of getting customised & above-average service..
The IPMA website has a good list of questions to ask your property manager. Good luck

I would also recommend QRM. Derrick and Robyn, the owners are property investors themselves, so have a great understanding of what landlords want, plus have great skills around adding value and cashflow.
