Single Housing Zone - Subdivision?

Hi all,

I have 880m2 of freehold land. There is quite a bit of land at the back of my property but I am in a single housing zone. I would like to know if I can subdivide the land?

I think you need 600m2 of land per dwelling to be able to subdivide in the single housing zone. You can build a minor dwelling unit in the single housing zone if that helps.
