I'm selling my home and have signed a Sale and Purchase agreement. This agreement is subject to lots and lots of conditions which the buyer is working through.
We originally negotiated heavily on price and I've gone to my bottom figure. The buyer has come back and asked if they can negotiate further down if they find anything major in the building report.
There are two back up offers which are more attractive. IF I AGREE TO FURTHER NEGOTIATIONS (based on the builders report) CAN I NEGOTIATE UP . . . . potentially breaking this original agreement..... or to the amount of my back up offer.
I consider the offer I'm giving them is below market valuation and can't really go any lower. But I'd like to know if the above question is an option ?
Thanks Fever.
