Was that the first block? There are 950 homes in this development. I bought 300. The earth began to spin too fast and I realised I was a Kiwi property investor, so I came back to godsown before I could go for low yields in an overly regulated system elsewhere! Oh my, what a day!Comment

It's actually in Forney. 950 homes. Looks like a nice development. Dallas has great capital growth but you would need to check rental demand in that town. And hoa fees.Comment
