Recommendations for builders and subdiving existing property in Tauranga

We bought a property end of last year with existing house which is currently tenanted. We have enough land in front of the house to build another house and then at some stage subdivide it.
Can anyone recommend surveyors/builders etc you have used in Tauranga.
Any other info you think might be helpful (we've never done this before) is appreciated.
