    I am a French student interning in a little start-up, in Tucson, AZ, and I am looking for some info regarding the property transfer.

    Notably, can you please give me all means / tool a company have to find illegal property transfer (of its costumers especially) ?

      You can check the registrar of deeds but what sort of activity are you trying to find specifically? Bad title?

            You're not making much sense I am afraid.
            The AZ state site is https://land.az.gov/divisions/land-i...e-and-transfer
            Then each county has it's own register. You can look at every transaction there.
            There is no way to find what you are calling an illegal transaction as if it has been transacted then it is legal. Bad title will usually result from a tax sale or foreclosure so it will be a limited warranty deed or a quit claim deed.
