Yes this is being formulated but currently we are working under the current guidelines, and the agencies that we were required to deal with provided conflicting information and were autocratic offering no assistance. As we go down this path the more I learn the more I understand the authorities do not actually understand what they are directing LL to carry out. Well that is in this case anyway. Would love to get anyone else out there that has had positive assistance from the regulatory bodies.
I would also like to see regulations developed for PM's.

It's a nightmare currently. My foster son's place which tested positive with no baseline test was more or less resolved till last week. They were told by HNZ they had to have all their possessions tested and HNZ would advise what could be moved to the new property. So last week they were given 7 days to move to the new property. No test on their goods and they are refusing to do a baseline test on the new house. When they visited the new house what did they find under the house, pipes and other paraphenalia. So back to threatening HNZ I go tomorrow :-(

Therefore approach the TT obviously they will have to rule that the possessions are outside the testing requirement and your family can keep them at their new residence without question no testings required.

Absolutely the inconsistencies alert me to the fact that the current acts and authorities managing"P" are not only inadequate but in many ways ignorant. This could be that this drug has taken them by surprise however give the date this thread started that is a long surprise.

The courts aren't exactly helping the situation. At least 4 meth raids in the greater Wellington region this month. Several kg's of product recovered and several arrests made. The majority of suspects released back to their properties to await trial. I bet no one told the LL's of those 4 properties. I only know about our local one because I happened to be walking past as the raid went down. The boys in black with the big toys. And it use to be such a nice neighborhood.

I understand that when a "P" lab is discovered due to a raid, it is mandatory for the Drug team to notify the local authority who in-turn place an order on the owner to undertake a test and forward that test result. That is what happen to us with the additive the police also placed a contamination order on the entrances to the house warning people that entering was at their risk and this happen immediately before any test had been undertaken by us.
