Going back to my my thread, an update, 90 days served, They gave my name for reference. I was hesitant to give bad reference at first , when the agent mentioned that its a new house and that the new landlord requires clean tenants, I had to be honest.
Out of below what things can I possibly deduct from the bond and or claim insurance.
carpet stains
Carpet frayed.
Kitchen tiles damaged
bathroom shower head cord frayed and almost broken due to not informing me that holder doesn't stay in place.
holes in walls
Mold in bathroom ceiling due to not opening windows
