Perhaps you might like to read Glens post thoroughly and then decide whether you actually achieve much for the property investors by stamping your tiny two shoes and trying to claim the moral high ground.
We are often not dealing with very moral people who call themselves tenants.

Any information is better than none unless of course you would like to house all the S***t bag tenants that the rest of us don't want.

Glens Post re insurance and their new requirements.

    Then do so.

Your postings are of a general nature here. Be specific. You might just find that your complaint was in relation to a breach of section "X" and the generalization you are indicating here purports to include "Y & Z" .

I don't really care of you do or don't. I suggest that your ramblings are just that. Unless you provide specifics (as you know we always ask posters to do) then your postings are, yet again, unsubstantiated.

I don't owe you anything. In actual fact, I laugh at your posts. Your business website is so full of it and biased you are not worth the bother.

All you need to know is I know the Privacy Act very well, I made a complaint and prevailed. What you think of this is meaningless. It's the Privacy Commissioners decision, not yours.

If there are renters who would like more information about my complaint which was entirely upheld that is another matter.

My only bitch about this is the "victory" amounts to a slap with a wet bus ticket. However, if enough people complain about TINZ that should tie them up for awhile.

So tempting to get into a discussion with this particular poster.

    ..............................................

OK, guys and gals, take a few deep breaths, please.

No matter how diverse the viewpoints, the recent snippy posts are not what the PT Forums are about.
