I agree - and I recall in Melbourne the new aquatic centre had someone get Legionnaires disease from the air con units. Also there was an outbreak in a hospital when I was living in Melbourne.
Different heat pump setup. They're on cooling for weeks at a time and never get a chance to dry out. You're not going to get mould in the indoor unit of a domestic heat pump unless you're using it wrong.
