Hi, just wondering if anyone can recommend a good reno team in the Wellington area that is reasonably priced, my rental is needing an overhaul it is looking tired and now a tenant has moved out is a good time...

I've got a few, PM and I'll send some details through to you, although, I recommend you post a message on 'Builders Crack', I find that site very useful or even seeing the ads up on the super market notice board or in the trades section in your local rag....I find tradies who seem to advertise their services through those channels are often more reasonably priced.....
