Asbestos roof replacement Wellington

I'm planning the replacement of an asbestos roof in Wellington - till now I've gone with the strategy of if it's not broke don't fix... Only now it's broke and leaking into the property.

Has as anyone replaced an asbestos roof since the new legislation around asbestos removal come in?

Any my recommendations on who to use to do the job and any estimates on cost?
