    Yes, there are ways to fix it - and a serious option may be to remove and rebuild, in which case the price you should pay is the value of the land less the cost of removal.

    As already said, the cost to re-clad and repair a leaky home is north of $150k; even then, the fact the home was leaky will stay on its record, meaning that it won't be as saleable in the future.
