Hello.
Wondering what happens to the RMBF contract(s) if the RMBF expels their own "life" master builder from the federation?
I see clauses regarding procedure if their builder liquidates - but nothing on the process for what will follow when THEY expel their own member part way through a build.
If the builder does not declare bankruptcy or liquidates - what happens to the contracts he has obtain on the premise he was their "life" member? Does it automatically dissolve because he is not a master builder? or does one have to formally terminate the contract through a lawyer? Who pays for this process?
Who completes the builds?
Can another builder be brought on board and does he need to be a master builder?
What will happen to guarantees in future?

During this christmas season it's not been easy getting answers as everyone is on downtime. Get the impression the lawyers are not certain what to do either as they waiting for RMBF to respond as well.
