Just a quick question on accounting. I know that I need to talk to my accountant for a proper answer.
But just thought of posting a scenario if anyone would have come across below scenario already. For example, if you own a rental for 4 years and if a old roof leak fix on rental costs say 40% of total re-roofing cost and if I rather go ahead with re-roofing, would 40% of re-roofing cost be considered as an expense or nothing will be considered?
