I have. Had an excellent run and there have been lots of examples of extra service including once putting their own money in to see over a temporary cash shortage
Currently earning over 8% on original investment after 3 years
plus capital gains.
Payments monthly
Fees for services not fees for our investment success
In my view the best of the syndicate type.
Tends to be fairly hefty investment required
I got into a 17 million dollar building with 19 investors at 0.5 million supplied by each investor
Problem with this type of investment is it is likely to cost you part of your capital gain to get out.
