At this point the AGM has agreed to increase the levies by 25% to fund urgent repairs, however, the BC management does not provide any proof of due diligence spending the budget wisely.
Apart from failing communication and going to Court - what are the options to obtain the due diligence papers like plans, quotations, etc for figuring out the possible outcome of the repair/replacement project?
