Race is biological. Ethnicity isn't. Thus Indians in NZ may not identify themselves as ethnically 'Asian'.

We all originate from Africa if you go far enough, most of the differences in race are probably due to the difference in temperature at different geographic locations. If we all lived long enough in NZ, we will probably start to look very similar.Hamish Patel | ph: 09 625 4693 | mob: 021 625 693

Race is an old and made up theory... based on percentages of blood. It has been proven to be flawed without evidence.
We share 99.9% of the same DNA. Humans like all other animals adapt to their environments - which is why ethnicity is more important. Your genes (and mutations) and phenotype are not determined by your race, they are determined by your parents, chance, and environment.Last edited by Boom; 20-08-2016, 04:50 PM.
