Was reading a review of a cafe which made me smile:

I asked the waitress for an extra butter and was floored when she put her hand into her back pocket and produced a butter. It was warm of course !!!
I left it on the plate.
I was scared to ask her for milk.

Great Waitress - gone the extra mile making sure the butter was soft enough to spread.
