Multi Use Building

I am looking to build a multi use building (commercial on main level & condos above) in the surburbs but want to ensure I have covered all the necessary requirements to do so. Any advice in starting this process through completing the project and finally managing the property is welcomed. What all needs to take place to make this dream a reality?

Do you have the list of requirements from the council? Have you found a site? You won't know exactly what to build until you find the site first and then you can undertake a feasibility study.

Thanks Dave. There are a few different locations that I am considering. All in downtown areas that are suited for this type of building. I want to have a clear cope of all that is involved in building this type of building and the costs associated with it
