Hey just thought if I could please pick someones brain? I have seen a property that is a 1/2 share cross lease. It's structured normally with front and rear areas illustrated as exclusive, and a shared drive and turn-a-round area down the southern boundary. Normal, textbook cross lease.
The weird thing, is that on the opposite northern boundary there is a 1.0mtr strip that extends from the street-front to the rear section labelled as "common area"
First thought was for underground services, but it looks like the waste and storm water runs perpendicular across the property.
Any ideas? Does this give the rear neighbors the ability to walk up past our bedrooms at night?
