posted my a new thread under 'other' tab, not 'Property' tab can I change it

I posted a new thread under the wrong tab. so nobody can see it as it is not under property, how do I move it to thee 'property tab' thread. It is not being seen under 'other' or read or responded too. please can admin move it for me, or tell me how I can relocate it to 'property tab' thanks
