Hi is it reasonable to include the mortgage interest for the property partially used as a home office

I think you can include a percentage of such costs.
eg 10% mortgage, 10% rates, 10% insurance, 10% phone.

Is it a dedicated office? (i.e. does not have a bed in it).
How many properties are you managing from there?
