•Get in early as most developers will put the prices up during the selling process, so you get in early and you automatically receive gains before the apartment even gets near finishing, infact before they start to build, and for only a 10% deposit
•Low maintenance and chattels depreciation once completed
Even with good due diligence and through no fault of your own things can go downhill.
